  13. and Disk Vendors who wish to distribute the WINBOND v3.1
  14. package, including an extract from the license agreement and
  15. suggested program descriptions and keywords.

  22. The following paragraph is an extract from the license
  23. agreement regarding the distribution of the Shareware version
  24. of WINBOND v3.1a:

  26.     WINBOND is the copyrighted property of Bob Stech. You are
  27.     granted a limited license to use WINBOND, to copy and
  28.     distribute it, provided the following conditions are met:

  30.         1.  No fee may be charged for such copying and
  31.             distribution other than actual costs incurred,
  32.             except for a nominal distribution fee.
  33.  
  34.         2.  WINBOND may ONLY be distributed in its original,
  35.             unmodified state, complete with data files and
  36.             this documentation.

  56. WINBOND V3.1a is a WINDOWS application to track and valuate Series
  57. EE bonds. Provides import capabilities to convert from other
  58. files, multiple bond files capabilities, up-to-date bond
  59. redemption tables, and reporting, including a 20 year projection
  60. of bond values.  Sold bond history can be maintained.
